What Shipping Methods are available?

We use USPS, UPS Ground and DHL to deliver anywhere in the United States. Shipping fees are dependent on the type of box and zip code.

Outside of US: costs will vary depending on courier and country.

Bulk orders will be shipped at the most competitive price with the cost added to orders.

Estimated shipment times, if available, are provided solely for your convenience and neither Always Home Connected nor its third-party shipment providers will be liable for any damages or loss as a result of the failure to meet a shipment estimate.

In no event will Always Home Connected or its third-party shipment providers are responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.

Always Home Connected will only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, and we do not deliver to freight forwarders or forwarding agents.

Payment Information

  • ALL prices displayed on the Always Home Connected website are in United States dollars (USD).
  • Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Venmo.
  • All payments must be cleared before an order can be processed and shipped to customers.
  • All payments must be in USD only.

Damaged Goods

We are happy to replace any damaged items. Once you receive your box, please let us know if any of the activities included in the box are damaged prior to you assembling or commencing with the activity.

Please contact us immediately at info@alwayshomeconnected.com, send us a note along with a description of the damage and we will send you a replacement activity. If the activity is out of stock, we will send you an activity of similar quality.

Our Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Activity Box, we will refund your money no questions asked within 30 days of purchase when all box contents are returned in their original condition. We ask you to pay the return courier cost to us.

Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
